2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of unsweetened peanut butter
1 large banana (mashed)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, mashed banana, egg, and water. Stir until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour and honey (if using).
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully integrated.
Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness, and use cookie cutters to shape the treats.
Place the treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden.
