Ingredients

½ cup plain rolled oats

1 cup water

Optional: 1 tbsp mashed banana

Optional: 1 tsp xylitol-free peanut butter

Optional: 1 tbsp shredded carrot


Instructions

1. Combine oats and water in a small pot.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.

3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring regularly.

4. Remove from heat and cool completely.

5. Mix in optional add-ins.

6. Serve at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Do not use milk, sugar, or salt.
