1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt
½ cup of natural, unsweetened peanut butter
1–2 tablespoons of honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
½ cup of water
Gather all your ingredients and wash the blueberries thoroughly if fresh.
In a blender, combine the blueberries, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, gradually add water or more yogurt until pourable.
Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, leaving a little space at the top.
Freeze the molds for about 90 minutes or until solid.
Once frozen, remove treats from the molds and serve or store in an airtight container.
