Mash the bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth, leaving some lumps for texture.
Mix plain yogurt into the mashed bananas until well combined.
If using, drizzle honey over the mixture and stir to blend evenly.
Pour the banana-yogurt mixture into the ice cube tray, filling it three-quarters full.
Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours until the treats are solid.
Pop the treats out of the tray and let them sit at room temperature for a minute before serving.
