1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 ripe banana
1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup of water
1 large egg

In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut oil, smashed banana, blueberries, and egg, blending until smooth.
